Acceptable Use Policy
Horjely gives you diagnostic guidance and access to independent specialists. These rules keep that access safe for you, for the specialists, and for the people whose devices are involved.
Last updated: January 2026
Devices you control
Only request diagnoses or services for equipment you own or are authorised to service. Do not use Horjely to gain access to devices, accounts, or networks belonging to someone else.
Accurate information
Describe symptoms honestly. Misleading descriptions produce misleading diagnoses, waste your Credits, and can lead a specialist to perform the wrong work.
Prohibited requests
No requests for bypassing security controls, removing activation locks on devices you cannot prove you own, pirating software, tampering with metering or safety equipment, or any activity that is illegal where you or the specialist are located.
Remote sessions
Remote support is for the agreed task only. Recording a specialist without consent, attempting to capture their credentials, or leaving sensitive third-party data on screen are all misuse of the session.
Treatment of specialists
Abuse, harassment, discrimination, or attempts to move payment off-platform to avoid protections will end your access. Specialists are held to the same standard toward you.
Platform integrity
Do not scrape, automate, or resell the service, create multiple accounts to reuse first-order promotions, or attempt to disrupt the platform. Accounts that do lose their balance protections.
Enforcement
We investigate reports individually. Depending on severity we warn, suspend, or close the account. Serious violations may be reported to the relevant authorities.
