Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Horjely collects when you describe a problem, run an AI diagnosis, or work with a specialist — and what we never do with it.
Last updated: January 2026
What we collect
Your problem descriptions, the answers you give during a diagnosis, your account details, and your Credit transaction history. If you escalate to a specialist, we also record the service outcome so you have a history of what was done.
Why we collect it
Problem descriptions produce your diagnosis. Account and transaction data operate your Credit balance. Service history lets a future specialist see what was already tried instead of repeating it at your expense.
Who sees your information
Only you, and any specialist you explicitly choose to escalate to. Specialists receive the diagnosis relevant to the service you requested — not your full account history. We do not sell data to third parties.
Remote sessions
Remote support requires your explicit consent for every session. You can see what the specialist is doing at all times and can end the session at any moment.
Retention and deletion
You can delete individual diagnoses at any time, and request full account deletion. Transaction records are retained where financial regulation requires it.
Contact
Questions about this policy or a data request can be sent through the contact page and are answered by a person, not an automated reply.
